Founded in May of 1991 Siena Construction Corporation, with quiet notice, has emerged as one of New England’s most respected firms of contractors and construction managers for the biotech, pharmaceutical, commercial, and institutional communities.
Siena offers a full range of pre-construction and construction services to match a variety of client requirements; from consulting and estimating services; to ground up construction or full or partial renovations of laboratory facilities and commercial office space; to smaller, fast-tracked projects. We have expanded our operational range to maintain and extend our existing client base and ensure a continuing pattern of growth.
Over the past seventeen years we have continued to attract and retain key personnel in operations, finance and project management, and this Siena Team has successfully put in place over 3,500,000 square feet of bio-technical laboratory space in the Eastern Massachusetts area. Siena’s success with constructing complex technical facilities is unsurpassed by any other area builder.
