Siena Construction is pleased to announce the hiring of Hadiya Strasberg as a Project Manager. As PM, Hadiya provides leadership, coordination, and management on all aspects of Siena’s construction projects, which includes development of budgets, cost reports, and schedules; requisition and change order review; supervision of subcontractor progress; and project closeout.

Hadiya has a half-decade of construction management and design experience, with a strong background in managing life science, corporate, and multi-residential renovation projects. Hadiya returns to Siena having previously served as a Project Manager in 2012-14, where she supervised Cambridge-based projects for The Broad Institute in the vibrant bio-tech hub of Kendall Square, as well as Morningside’s Waverley Hall, an historic multi-residential building in Harvard Square. Additionally, Hadiya has architectural experience as a design manager for the architecture/design firm Stantec (formerly ADD Inc.), where she worked on a range of large-scale Boston projects, such as 319 A Street Condominiums in the Seaport District, and Lovejoy Wharf at 131 Beverly Street.

Siena’s President Terrence Hayes strongly believes Hadiya’s professional priorities and achievements complement Siena’s goals.

“I’m excited to welcome Hadiya back to Siena,” Terrence said. “Hadiya has a proven history of excellence in design and construction management. Her architectural expertise is a valuable asset for collaborating and coordinating the vision of the design team, ownership team, and construction manager. Hadiya is knowledgeable, personable, and always acts with the client’s goals in mind. Her collaborative professionalism is a great fit with Siena’s client-first philosophy.”

Hadiya is a licensed CSI Construction Documents Technologist, and is also licensed as a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor. She earned a Master of Architecture degree from the Massachusetts College of Art & Design, as well as a bachelor’s degree from Colorado College.
