CAMBRIDGE, MA – Siena Construction is pleased to welcome two new hires to our growing project management team. Daniella Messuri has been hired as a new Assistant Project Manager, and Jennifer Lin will be joining Siena’s staff as a seasonal cooperative student from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Daniella and Jennifer will assist with coordinating information among team members on Siena’s construction projects. Their related industry backgrounds and experience will ensure accurate field administration decisions and superior client services.

Daniella Messuri brings related industry experience in construction technology and facilities management planning to her APM role at Siena. Previously, as an intern for Suffolk Construction, Daniella assisted managing renovation projects at Brigham Building for the Future in Boston. She also achieved a 1st Place award in a two-day Intern Innovation Challenge by designing a unique smartphone app which develops project models in augmented reality. A recent UMass-Amherst graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Building and Construction Technology, Daniella enjoys non-profit volunteering and skating.

Jennifer Lin is majoring in Construction Management at Wentworth with plans to graduate next year. Jennifer’s previous construction experience includes estimating cooperative positions for DC Beane in Charlestown and CNY Group in New York. A member of the Dean’s List at Wentworth, she is also the recipient of a Merit Undergraduate Scholarship, a Reinforced Concrete Construction Committee Scholarship, and a CMAA Scholarship. Jennifer is also member of Wentworth’s Women in Construction Club and Construction Management Club.

Siena’s President Terrence Hayes believes the new hires’ professional and educational achievements and skills strongly complement Siena’s goals.

“Daniella and Jennifer both bring unique professional and educational backgrounds to Siena, with proven success in a variety of construction related roles,” Terrence said. “I’m sure they will contribute to and learn from Siena in equal measure, and be a great fit for Siena’s client first philosophy. I’m happy to welcome Daniella and Jennifer to our team.”
