Renovation of a new breakfast and lunch café on the ground floor of an existing, mixed use space in Kendall Square. Five week construction schedule included demo of existing space and buildout of new breakfast and lunch café. Trade work included drywall, millwork, flooring, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electrical, painting, and kitchen equipment installation.
