Siena completed renovations for First Republic Banks’ branch in historic Harvard Square. The 10,000 sf renovation called for demolition of the existing commercial space. Interior renovations included construction of the foyer ATM, lobby and teller stations, private customer meeting rooms, storage, and branding.

Exterior work included demolition and replacement of existing wood storefront with a new insulated glazed storefront, and reconstruction of the Church Street wall with new storefront openings and matching precast concrete trim.

Siena worked with the Cambridge Historical Commission to ensure that the exterior work reflected the historic aspects and architectural and neighborhood character, and was awarded with a CHC Restoration Award in 2019.
