Siena has provided several conceptual market readiness assessments for a 27-acre mixed-use research and development campus in Cambridge. Siena’s team has provided comprehensive construction analysis packages for nine separate buildings. These packages have included Estimates, Schedules, Logistics Plans, and Design-Assist Drawings for multiple options at each facility, including base building, tenant fit-outs, centralized and decentralized building systems, façade improvements, and LEED analysis. These comprehensive studies have allowed the building owners to prioritize potential facility upgrades based on cost and schedule input.
