Odyssey develops medicines for patients with cancer inflammatory diseases. The project involved demolition and construction of approximately 35,000 sf across two floors. The first floor vivarium and fourth floor lab required extensive upgrades to plumbing, HVAC, and electrical trades to accommodate new ductwork, gas, waste, drainage, and other lab requirements. Siena’s team also installed the lab equipment, including casework, sinks, fume hoods, overhead service panels, and accessories. Fourth floor office renovations included open and private offices, reception area, conference and huddle rooms, elevator lobby, restrooms, and a coffee bar.
