Siena oversaw a 26,800 sf ACF laboratory renovation in a six-story mixed use building in Cambridge. Lab equipment upgrades included installation of metal casework, BSCs, animal transfer stations and isolating cubicles, cage blowers, sinks, and additional laboratory equipment. The project also called for extensive interior system upgrades, including MEPs, new ductwork and air valves, acoustical ceilings, epoxy flooring, painting, lighting, fire protection, and  tel/data systems. With the project occurring during the COVID pandemic, additional on-site safety measures were implemented to ensure the health of construction workers, building occupants, and the public.
