Academic Campus Dish Room Upgrades | Greater Boston

Siena oversaw dish room renovations in a campus community center, which includes a dining room, auditorium, and admin offices. The project called for demolition of existing spaces, while construction involved quarry tile flooring installation, new paneled walls, millwork, and floor sinks. Extensive food service equipment installations included accumulators, food waste collectors, hand/mop/soak sinks, sorting tables, dish machines, silverware sorting tables, shelving, and work tables; and reuse of existing faucets, sinks, and eye-wash stations. On-site activities were coordinated to limit the impacts to the campus community.
