160 Federal Street – 11th and 12th Floors | Boston, MA

Siena acted as construction manager on numerous projects for a national retail chain’s corporate offices at 160 Federal Street, an occupied Class A building in Boston’s Financial District. Most recently, we oversaw a 21,545 sf office expansion and fit-out on the 11th floor. The renovation included open work areas, various conference and huddle spaces, café and kitchen areas, elevator entry and common spaces. Extensive HVAC, MEP upgrades. High End Restroom and Office Finishes, included large custom millwork, and an interconnecting stairs between 11th and 12th floors.
