Rockhill Management | 75 State Street, 25th Floor – Boston, MA

Siena completed a 4,000 square foot suite upgrade for Rockhill Management on the 25th Floor at 75 State Street, a Class A building in Boston’s Financial District. Siena upgraded the 25th Floor office suite with designs by Visnick & Caulfield and C3 Engineering. Plans called for demolition of existing finishes, and construction of new reception area, open work desk space and private offices; kitchenette and café seating area. Preconstruction required early release collaboration with selected subcontractors for procurement of millwork, flooring, AWP, lighting, and HVAC equipment.
