Asana Partners’ building improvement project is located in the historic Dow Sterns building in Harvard Square. The project involved demolition and renovation across 12,161 sf to upgrade common spaces and create two shell suites ready for future tenants. Siena worked with the City of Cambridge and the Cambridge Historical Commission to ensure that the project scope did not affect the building’s historical aspects.
