Siena completed a 2,600 sf renovation for a prominent business school’s fitness center facility. The refreshed area is used for general business, with an occupancy load of 36 employees. Designs by Baker Design Group and Bala Engineers called for creation of open offices, kitchenette, private offices and enclaves, print/copy area, locker area, and common corridors. Trades included MEPs, Fire Alarm and Sprinkler, Telecom upgrades, custom millwork, finishes, and furniture installation.
