Siena completed an office expansion and renovation project for a confidential tech client on the eighth floor of a multi-tenant office building near Cambridge’s Kendall Square. The project designs by Gensler called for a large open floor plan that allows the users to maintain a collaborative and transparent work environment across 19,500 square feet. During the project’s 16-week on-site construction schedule, Siena demolished existing outdated finishes to create new Private and Open Office Space, Conference and Huddle Rooms, Dining Area, Phone Booths, Mother’s Room, Security and Kitchenette.
