Siena renovated a 28th floor suite for CBRE’s tenants at One Beacon Street, a skyscraper in Boston’s Government Center. Plans created by Visnick & Caulfield and NV5 Engineers called for demolition and upgrades to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection trades. The curved lighting package creates a modern and visually stunning complement to the breathtaking views of downtown Boston and Cambridge.
