Siena provided preconstruction and construction services on Disc Medicine’s 18,000 sf office upgrade on the first and second floors at 321 Arsenal Street in Watertown’s Arsenal on the Charles Campus. Plans were created by Visnick & Caulfield and Avid Engineers, which called for upgrades to the entryway, open work space, executive offices, multiple huddle spaces and conference rooms, private phone booths, kitchenette, and a café area.
