Retail Eyeglasses Store | 142 Newbury Street – Boston

Siena transformed a vacant space into a retail store for an international eyeglasses retailer on Newbury Street in Boston’s Back Bay. The project consisted of interior renovation and exterior signage installations, creating a new sales floor with try-on stations and display cabinets, counter with over-shelf, workstations, storage, interior wall branding and graphics. Trade work involved ceiling, lighting, cabinetry, and finishes. Electrical upgrades were required for new lighting and power, and low voltage system installation. Fire protections required sprinkler head relocations, which were coordinated with the landlord in advance to minimize building disruptions.
