Multiple phase renovation of Hotel Tria, a four-story hotel near Fresh Pond.

• Phase 1 – roof replacement, elevator upgrades, new interior stair installation, guest room restroom finish upgrades (painting, wall covering, and carpets), window replacement, and ACU replacement
• Phase 2 – tel/data closet, fire alarm and protection, first floor meeting areas, exterior stair construction, and construction of the lobby’s new entrance with branding
• Phase 3 – demolition and trade hookups for the Starbucks café space
• Phase 4 – exterior upgrades to the parking lot and landscaping

Construction was coordinated closely around seasonal occupancy rates, and guest room work was sequenced to minimize disruptions. (At the time, the hotel was maintained by the Best Western Hotel franchise; the property is now maintained by Hilton as the Freepoint Hotel.)
