Kreindler & Kreindler is a law firm specializing in air disaster litigation with offices across the nation. Siena completed upgrades to their local offices on the 11th Floor at 855 Boylston Street in Boston’s Back Bay.

Designs by Fusion called for bright, modern upgrades to the 3,450 sf space which includes reception, offices, open area work stations, conference rooms, and common space.

The three week on-site schedule involved demolition of outdated existing finishes, and installation of new wall, covering, and ceiling at the reception area; relocation of sprinkler heads; new quartz countertop and sinks; new wall paint; carpet installation; ceiling and lighting upgrades; and kitchen plumbing lines.

The project schedule required coordination with trade vendors to procure several long-lead items. Siena also coordinated with the building facilities team to minimize noise disruptions and maintain access for other occupied tenants in the mid-rise building.
