Pharmaceutical Client Executive Suites | Waltham, MA

Over the past decade Siena has completed multiple laboratory, office, and base building upgrades at a global pharmaceutical client’s headquarters in Waltham. One recently completed project is an 8,000 sf third floor suite upgrades to executive offices, conference space, and game room. The high level finishes installation included a new exterior patio entry door and transom cut into existing curtain wall system. The 4-month construction project required an extensive procurement package, including office furniture, work stations, A/V equipment, window shades, appliances, and game room consoles and machines. System upgrades and replacements involved MEPs, HVAC, lighting, doors and hardware, partitions and walls, piping and duct insulation.
