Huntington Avenue & Forsyth Street | Boston, MA

Designed by a Berlin-based street art duo, Siena installed this unique public art at Richardson Plaza on Northeastern University’s Boston campus. PVC mesh banners were painted with 76 different colors and installed on steel structures. The mesh banners wave and flutter in the wind, creating an optical illusion as they move against each other. The project is the newest piece in Northeastern’s Public Art Initiative, which provides a platform for artists to brighten the Boston campus with their creativity.
