One8 partners with Massachusetts educators to transform education through applied learning and STEM, equipping students with the critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Siena joined volunteers from across the building industry to lead a fast-paced design challenge. Students were tasked with reimagining an outdoor skating rink – extending its season by 60 days while preserving the charm of classic pond skating. The South Hadley squad proposed a creative snow globe-style ice rink. Siena hosted students from South Hadley’s Michael E. Smith Middle School for a full-day, behind-the-scenes field trip as part of their winning One8 Foundation’s One8 Day Design.
