St. Ann's Home + School | 100 Haverhill Street – Methuen

St. Ann’s Home and School is a multi-building campus serving young students with mental health challenges and learning disabilities. Siena is proud to have contributed to St. Ann’s mission through the successful ground-up construction of a new elevator and ADA-accessible restroom for the school’s main building. The project scope included earthwork preparation and demolition, construction of concrete footings and a foundation wall, foundation waterproofing, and backfill. The team built the new elevator shaft with structural steel framing, concrete slab on deck, roofing, and exterior brick facade.
