Academic Campus Dormitory | Greater Boston

Siena has overseen multiple base building and mechanical upgrades to this historic campus residential hall. Renovations involved replacement of the entire heating system throughout the five-story building, distribution throughout the building to all dormitory rooms and common areas, replacement of the heat exchangers, pumps, all risers and branch piping, new fan coil units, and associated temperature controls. The work also required demolition of existing systems and new installations to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and fire alarm systems, and hazardous material removal. Previously Siena oversaw extensive interior cosmetic upgrades including carpet, paint, millwork, signage, furniture, window treatments, and new tel/data.
