AGCMA Adopt-a-School

Adopt-a-School is led by the AGC MA Committee for Diversity & Inclusion. CFDI’s mission is to inspire construction firms to create sustainable business practices that promote supplier diversity.

Siena regularly volunteers at AGC MA’s Adopt-a-School, designed to connect construction professionals with students to raise awareness of STEM careers in underrepresented communities. Volunteers from Siena and others in the construction industry shared expertise with over 250 students at four Boston Public Schools.

Students participated in informative activities that simulated construction projects, including a LEGO build, a drone technology intro, a Bingo game introducing project sustainability, and a discussion about jobs in the construction field.
