Bissinger's Chocolatiers | Burlington Mall

Siena provided CM services for a new Bissinger’s Chocolatiers franchise at Burlington Mall, a Simon Property. The 900 SF commercial tenant improvement was designed by Epoch Design Group and Nelson Engineers. Construction included installation of new sales floor fixtures, a hand-washing sink, three-compartment sink, and grease interceptor. Plumbing work required off-hours waste tie-ins to existing piping systems, inspection of new equipment to confirm proper operation and clearances, and final cleaning of the common areas. Working within an active shopping environment, Siena also closely followed Simon’s facility construction requirements, including daily cleaning, temporary protection of adjacent areas, wet mats, and required safety signage.
