Arsenal on the Charles in Watertown is a refreshed multi-use campus with a rich military and manufacturing history. Siena provided preconstruction and construction services on interior atrium and exterior envelope upgrades. Interiors involved existing corridor space and waiting area on the first floor of the existing building. Exteriors included installation of new windows, rooftop units, and masonry repairs.
