Since 2024, Siena has partnered with a leading biopharma research firm working with rare disease therapies. The global firm has a growing portfolio of renovations and facility improvements across Massachusetts. Most recently, Siena oversaw 2,000 sf upgrades to the 3rd and 4th Floor IT help desk, green room, and private offices at 121 Seaport Boulevard in Boston.

What began as individual assignments has evolved into a trusted relationship including renovations spanning multiple facilities in Boston, Cambridge, and Lexington. The work has included everything from office reconfigurations and conference room and private office renovations to new mother’s rooms, HVAC modifications, and acoustic improvements across multiple floors.
