Casino + Resort | New England

Siena managed a multi-phased renovation in a resort and casino. The first completed phase involved converting a previously vacated second-floor restaurant into a slot machine lounge. The scope of work in the 3,900 sf area included ACT, resilient flooring and carpet, plumbing, slot machine casework installations, decorative hardware, light fixtures, painting, seating, stone, and wall-coverings. Renovations required selective demolition and tie-ins to existing building systems.

Because the facility operates 24/7, the project required detailed logistics planning and temporary protections to ensure guest and staff safety while minimizing disruption during noisy construction activities. Additional safety and security badging requirements were implemented with construction personnel due to the casino’s on-site holdings.
