Siena oversaw a preventative exterior maintenance for a long-time biotech client in Kendall Square. Our team collaborated closely with our client on preconstruction planning and safety logistics prior to the onsite work. This included careful selection of construction equipment given the building’s unique face. The compact lift and lightweight staging provided easier access to replace sealant joints at precast panels and windows without the use of bulky pipe staging. This also allowed the offices to maintain south-facing summer light.
