Butcherbox | 1 Kingsbury Avenue – Watertown, MA

Butcherbox is a meat subscription service firm with headquarters at 1 Kingsbury Avenue in Watertown. Siena oversaw the tenant interior refresh of their two-story 13,000 sf offices in the historic stand-alone brick building in Watertown’s Arsenal on the Charles campus. The fitout included an updated kitchenette and coffee bar, reconfigured and updated common area, updated restrooms, gender-neutral bathroom, and incorporated technology. The new entryway included new tile, two-story light fixtures, furniture, a custom mural painted by a local artist Croc Paints, and relocation of Butcherbox’s Bessie mascot statue.
