Cambridge Boat Club | 2 Gerrys Landing Road – Cambridge, MA

Cambridge Boat Club is considered one of the area’s premier social rowing clubs. Constructed in 1909, the boathouse is located on the Charles River at 2 Gerrys Landing Road. Siena oversaw the renovation of the Boat Club’s 780 sf exterior main front entrance with a new ADA-compliant entry stoop. Project trades included demolition, concrete, carpentry, waterproofing, drywall, and painting. Siena collaborated with the CBC staff to maintain building access and coordinate on-site material and equipment storage.
