Citizens Private Bank | 772 Boylston Street - Boston, MA

In 2023, Siena converted the space for Citizens Private Bank formerly occupied by First Republic Bank. First floor retail and rebranding, and Second floor renovation of office area. The project included demolition, drywall, millwork, painting, doors, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and tel/data upgrades.

Siena also completed several upgrades when the space was previously occupied by First Republic Bank, including First Floor Branch Maintenance and Modifications, and Second Floor Restaurant to Office Conversion.

Construction in the occupied Mandarin Oriental hotel building required close collaboration to minimize disruptions and maintain hospitality standards of comfort and access.
