Siena recently completed a tissue culture lab fit-out for HiFiBio. The Phase 2 plans created by Margolis and Fishman called for demolition of the existing space, and upgrades to the building MEPs to accommodate additional laboratory use. Siena’s team installed laboratory equipment to support HFB’s science research, including an emergency shower, eyewash unit, lab air decks, CO2 tanks and connections, and lab sinks. Siena also installed new finishes, including wall painting, flooring, lighting, and acoustical ceilings.
