Life Sciences Corporate Office Renovation | Marlboro

Siena completed renovations on a 13,500 sf corporate office remodel on the second floor at 100 Results Way in a three-story multi-tenant office building. The client is a life science company that researches and develops products to address diseases at a cellular level. Designs were created by AcTwo Architects and Bala Engineers. The upgrades included conference rooms, kitchenette and café, flexible work spaces, private offices, reception area and coat closet, common spaces, mother’s room, and phone rooms.
