Confidential Life Science Client | Cambridge, MA

Siena completed lab and office upgrades for a long-term repeat life science client in Cambridge’s Kendall Square. Plans by Golemme Architects and RW Sullivan Engineers called for renovation to multiple lab rooms – including a cold room and dark room -as well as office support space. During the three month construction activities, Siena oversaw installation of filter assisted HEPA, lights, carpet, plumbing, overhead duct-work,  lab benches, quick connects, wall-mounted valves and regulators, a demountable wall, incubators, blackout curtain, shades, whiteboard and fire protection.
