Siena completed a 20,000 sf building-wide restoration to accommodate MIT’s Sea Grant Program, a research- and outreach-based program dedicated to marine studies. The extensive upgrades provided new offices, conference rooms, reception area, bathrooms, and laboratories, including lab casework and a submarine tank. Construction involved demolition and upgrades to HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection, Security, and Tel/Data, as well as cosmetic upgrades, including painting, millwork, and carpeting.
