Sargent Hall | Boston, MA

Siena upgrade existing infrastructure to Sargent Hall at 110 Tremont Street, which houses Suffolk’s nationally-ranked Law School. The project included energy-efficient lighting upgrades, with installation of over 3,500 new light fixtures. The work was completed on a fast-track two week schedule, coinciding with the school’s holiday break so not to disrupt academic activities. Work was completed within the project budget and on schedule.
