Siena completed an 1,800 sf spec suite renovation for Rockhill Management on the sixth floor at 100 High Street, a 28-story, mixed-use Class A building in Boston’s Financial District. Siena upgraded the sixth-floor office suite with designs by Visnick & Caulfield and C3 Engineers. The 41-day on-site construction schedule involved demolition of some existing finishes while protecting other finishes to remain. Plans called for refreshing finishes in the suite’s private and open offices, huddle rooms, kitchenette and common spaces.
