Siena completed a 61,000 sf lab, office, and conference center buildout for Sciex in Marlboro. The project required installation of new rooftop ERVs, interior steel support, custom wood wall panels, auditorium, conference rooms, and new MEP’s. The project was completed while maintaining daily operation of lab services, tie-ins of new gas lines, and working around an occupied business.
