Vericel | 158-160 Sidney Street – Cambridge, MA

Siena acted as the construction manager on Vericel’s 13,000 sf office renovations at 158-160 Sidney Street in Cambridge. Design plans were created by Margolis + Fishman, with engineering consultation from Bristol Engineering Advisors (Civil), LeMessurier Consultants (Structural), and AHA (MEP + FPs). The interior tenant renovation project consisted of demolishing the existing space on the building’s first, and second floors as well as exterior modifications to the building’s vestibule, and new open stairway.
