Lynch Associates, a Boston-based firm, recently relocated their downtown offices into the newly renovated 6th floor space at 12 Post Office Square. Siena Construction was chosen to construct their dynamic new space that supports the advocacy group comprised of attorneys, strategic consultants and account executives.

Siena completed this fast-track project at the previously vacant offices which occupies the building’s top floor. The architectural plans, by Masone and Company Architects and Planners, utilized the site’s specific locale and floor plans, with a thought toward collaborative output.

Siena installed glass walls dividing two conference rooms, a reception area, and entryway, allowing for natural light throughout and creating a large, open atmosphere. One unique construction detail involved HVAC and ceiling installation. Siena’s subcontractors successfully fitted ductwork and ceilings to achieve maximum ceiling height and allowed for the most available light. Meanwhile, the office’s common spaces were also enhanced with the installation of a floor-to-ceiling oak bookcase, as well as the addition of a new kitchenette. Also, each private office called for specific color tones, furniture and finishes to reflect each associate’s personality and style.

Siena’s project team worked closely with Marwick Associates and Collier’s International property management, and was careful not to disrupt the occupied offices on the floors below during construction. Project Manager Anthony Di Carlo and Assistant Project Manager Will Galloway reflected on the seamless teamwork demonstrated by the production team throughout the process. “I was most proud of how well the different groups of the project worked together to create a space that fulfills all the project provisions envisioned by the tenant,” Galloway said.

This new space will support Lynch’s goals to embrace client partnership and address legislative and regulatory advocacy, strategic communications, association management, and government procurement services.
