Meet Siena’s New Project Manager Nick Durkee
Siena Construction is pleased to announce the hiring of Nick Durkee as a Project Manager. As Project Manager, Nick provides leadership and supervision with all aspects of Siena’s construction projects, including estimating, organization, and coordination from pre-construction through project closeout.

He has been involved in multiple aspects of construction management as a Project Manager, Estimator, Field Supervisor, Laborer, and Facilities Maintenance Manager.
Representative projects from Nick’s prior tenures highlight a variety of residential and commercial experience: Quincy (MA) City Hall renovations; office and retail fit outs for Downcity Outfitters, Justinas, and Working Planet (all in Providence, RI); Otis Air Force Base in Sandwich; as well as educational facilities for Boston College, The Angier School (Newton), The Brooks School (North Andover), and multiple jobs on Brown University’s campus, including renovations for the school’s biomedical, geosciences, and math departments.
The addition of Nick as a project manager marks a period of continued growth for Siena. Siena’s President Terrence Hayes believes Nick’s professional priorities and achievements complement the firm’s goals.
“Nick is a great addition to our expanding team of experienced professionals,” Terrence said. “He is knowledgeable, charismatic, and personable. His proven history of excellence in project supervision complements Siena’s client-first philosophy. I’m excited to welcome Nick onboard.”
