Siena Construction is pleased to announce the hiring of Art Cardinal as Senior Project Manager. As PM, Art provides leadership and supervision with all aspects of Siena’s construction projects, including estimating, organization and coordination from pre-construction through project closeout.

Cardinal brings twenty years of construction management experience in the New England market, with a strong background in managing academic and commercial projects. Art has supervised projects for clients including Raytheon, TD BankNorth Garden, The Shops at the Pond Retail Center (Marlborough), Station Landing (Medford), Millennium Pharmaceuticals (Cambridge), and campus projects at Northeastern University and Bryant University. In addition, Art has specialty expertise as an Electrical Contractor, delivering exceptional customer service while educating clients on cost effective means of achieving electrical and construction goals.

Siena’s President Terrence Hayes strongly believes Art’s professional priorities and achievements complement Siena’s goals.

“Art is a great addition to our growing team of experienced professionals,” Terrence said. “He has a proven history of excellence in construction management, always acting with the client’s best interests in mind. I’m excited to welcome Art back to Siena.” Art returns to Siena having served as a Project Manager from 1996 until 2000. Previously he served as Project Manager at Gilbane and Shawmut Design and Construction before founding Cardinal Electrical and Construction Services in 2009.

Cardinal holds a number of industry certifications, including a Massachusetts Journeyman Electrical License, and OSHA-30 Certification. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology and graduated Summa Cum Laude in his class.
