Meet Siena’s New APM Cathlina Driver
Siena is pleased to announce Cathlina Driver has been hired as an Assistant Project Manager. As Assistant Project Manager, Cathlina supports management on financial and schedule planning, field administration, and coordination of Siena’s construction projects. Cathlina’s project management expertise will ensure superior client services and successful project outcomes.
Cathlina brings nearly a decade of related industry experience in engineering technology, with a specialty in mechanical systems. During her five year tenure as a Plumbing Coordinator and CAD Coordinator for JC Cannistraro, Cathlina was responsible for creating original design drawings, maintaining on-site construction needs, and providing customer assistance on a multitude of projects. One notable resume highlight includes her work on the Menino Pavilion renovation project for Boston Medical Center, where she designed the building’s new plumbing systems. Previously, Cathlina also served as an Engineering Aide for the City of Boston Public Works, and Green International Affiliates in Westford.
Siena’s President Terrence Hayes strongly believes Cathlina’s professional successes complement Siena’s objectives and client-first philosophy.

Cathlina earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology. She holds both 10- and 30-hour OSHA Safety Certifications, in addition to technical expertise in industry design systems.
