Meet Siena’s New APM Max Callahan
Siena Construction is pleased to announce the hiring of Max Callahan as an Assistant Project Manager. As APM, Max assists with coordinating information among team members on Siena’s construction projects. Max’s related industry background and experience will ensure accurate field administration decisions and superior client services.
Max brings nearly a decade of related experience in facilities management and planning to his role at Siena. Previously, Max managed renovation projects as a Facilities Coordinator and Space Planner at Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research. Sample projects included core facility creation and renovation, lab area cooling installations, lighting upgrades, and dark room conversions, among others.
Siena’s President Terrence Hayes believes Max’s professional achievements and skills strongly complement Siena’s goals.
“Max is knowledgeable and responsible, with proven success in project management and process improvements,” Terrence said. “His unique background in facilities management and lab space planning will serve our clients well. I’m excited to welcome Max to Siena.”
Max holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies with a focus on water policy and law from Western State College of Colorado. Previously, he also worked for National Field and Focus, Stewart Painting, as well as the Colorado Water Workshop.
