Siena Construction is thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotions of three Siena office team members! Please join us in congratulating Alex Testa, Jess Baccari, and Alex Schlossberg on their promotions and expanded leadership roles:

Alex Testa – Director of Life Sciences + Project Manager | Alex will oversee planning, executing, and delivery of Siena’s life science projects. She will help recommend team assignments, monitor project performance, and address specific job challenges as necessary during each stage. She will also continue her PM role on select projects. In nearly a decade at Siena, Alex has demonstrated all the qualifications of a great leader: she’s successfully delivered complex spaces for our life science clients, mentored up-and-coming colleagues, and built industry relationships with her close attention to detail and technical expertise. Alex’s expertise, knowledge, and recommendations will continue to be a great asset to Siena’s already standout reputation in the life science market.

Jess Baccari – Director of Learning and Development + Project Manager | Jess’ new role combines her project management expertise with an enthusiasm for mentoring internal team members and fostering industry connections. Jess will share her time between managing projects and internal/external professional development. She will align Siena’s knowledge and organizational growth through developing training and mentorship opportunities, project debriefs, training programs and sessions. She will also remain engaged in Siena’s external development by continuing her participation in industry committees and networking events, as well as leading Siena’s diversity and inclusion goals. Jess’ proven project experience and attention to detail will help leverage her leadership skills and passion for growth.

Alex Schlossberg – Assistant Controller | Alex will have expanded responsibilities overseeing Siena’s accounting aspects, including financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management. He will oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Alex will continue to work closely with our project teams to analyze and manage costs, ensure accurate cost reporting, projections, and profitability. Since joining us in 2018, Alex has developed and thrived in his growing accounting roles. We believe his trustworthiness, attention to detail, and organizational skills will continue to lead the way overseeing Siena’s financial activities.
