Mark Fitzgerald Joins Siena as Senior PM
Siena Construction is pleased to announce Mark Fitzgerald has been hired as a Senior Project Manager. As part of Siena’s senior management team, Mark provides leadership and supervision on all aspects of construction projects, including estimating, planning, and coordination.
An industry-leading project manager, Mark brings three decades of experience to Siena. He has overseen a wide range of construction projects, from ground-up buildings to commercial redevelopment, lab fit-outs, and bridge renovations. Some of his project highlights include: Somerville’s Assembly Square Marketplace fast-track reconstruction; Plainville Commons, a 40-acre retail development; 320 Cabot in Foxboro, a 120,000 square foot ground up office building; and various projects for MIT at Kendall Square’s One Broadway building in Cambridge.
Siena’s President Terrence Hayes strongly believes Mark’s professional achievements and priorities complement Siena’s goals.

Mark holds a number of industry-related credentials, including a Massachusetts Superintendent’s License, LEED AP Certification, and 30-hour OSHA Training. He earned bachelors and advanced degrees in civil engineering and construction management from UMass-Lowell and Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Wentworth Institute of Technology, where he teaches classes in construction operations and methods, as well as project management theory.
Mark’s addition signals Siena’s ongoing growth as the firm continues to expand their project workload for new clients, while deepening partnerships with many ongoing clients.
