On November 2nd, Siena Construction hosted an event in support of CNN Top Hero Razia Jan’s Ray of Hope Foundation, a nonprofit with Massachusetts roots that built the first all-girls’ school in rural Afghanistan. The evening included a screening of What Tomorrow Brings (Principle Pictures), an award winning documentary about the founding of the Zabuli Education Center that has been called “extraordinary [and] compassionate” by bestselling author Khaled Hosseini.

Siena’s President Terrence Hayes says, “Razia Jan and her Ray of Hope Foundation are changing lives of young women in Afghanistan, who in turn are having a positive impact in their own villages and beyond. I’m so pleased by the outpouring of support from our guests. Thank you!”
